1. Bespoke & Perishable Products

 

 

 

 

All of our products are bespoke and made to order. As our items consist of fresh, perishable materials (including fresh floral bouquets), they are exempt from cancellation, return, and refund rights once confirmed.

Due to their custom nature and limited shelf life:

Items cannot be returned.

Items are non-refundable.

We do not accept cancellations once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the unlikely event that goods are faulty.

 

 

 

2. Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • The deposit secures your date, covers consultation time, and contributes toward ordering perishable materials.
  • If you cancel your order for any reason, the deposit will be retained.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Where cancellation occurs close to the fulfilment date and materials have already been purchased or work completed, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the order value.

4. Issues on Delivery or Collection

If you believe your order is faulty or not as agreed:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
  • Photographic evidence may be required.
  • We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept complaints relating to natural ageing or care once the items have been delivered.
